1. How does the Walk Away Program Kit protect my family?

2. Will I owe any money to my lender?

If you qualify for the program and follow the steps, you shouldn’t have to pay anything else to your lender.

3. Do I have to file Bankruptcy?

Bankruptcy is not necessary with The Walk Away Program.

4. Do I need an attorney?

In some circumstances an attorney may be necessary.  Most times you will not need to hire the service of an attorney with the Walk Away Program.  Hiring legal counsel can be expensive with retainers and fees.  If you feel that legal counsel is necessary the Walk Away Kit offers a free consultation with an attorney in your state.

5. When can I purchase a home again?

Most lenders require 4 years from discharge of a foreclosure.  Although some special government loan products only require 2 years discharge.

6. How long will a real estate foreclosure affect my credit?

Foreclosure has a 7 year statute of limitation.  As with everything time heals all, meaning your credit will gradually increase the further away from the real estate foreclosure discharge date.

7. What is the cost of your Walk Away Program?

Depending on which program you choose the cost can range from $595.00 to 1% of the loan amount.  With our money back guarantee you have the following choices.**

  • Silver Walk Away Program- $595 (or 3 easy payments of $225) – reg. price is $995
  • Gold Walk Away Program- $1495 (or 3 easy payments of $595)
  • Platinum Walk Away Program- 1% of the loan amount (min. $2000)

8. Does the Walk Away Program buy my home?

No, the Walk Away Program, LLC will not purchase your home.  However, depending on the program you choose our nationwide licensed affiliates may be able to sell without you having a real estate foreclosure on your credit.  Talk with your Walk Away Program advocate for more details.

9. What if I own more than one home?

If you own a 2nd home or an investment property and you are want to do one of our Walk Away Programs then you will receive up to a 35% discount.  This discount will depend on which program you choose.

10. How do I know this isn’t a scam?

We do not buy your home or take title to you home.  We provide fee for service of experienced mediation with lenders.  We will provide legal information regarding foreclosures in your state.  We are not attorneys and do not give legal advice. We Arizona limited liablity company.
